Android 9 Pie update pushed back for some Samsung Galaxy Note9 users

The Android 9 Pie update for Samsung Galaxy Note9 may have been delayed in some regions. A site run by Samsung Turkey originally listed January 15 as the launch date, but that info has since been updated to say February 1.
It's not clear what caused the delay, especially considering that some users are already running the stable version of Pie. Beta testers in Germany got the it first on January 4, followed by regular users in the UAE on January 12. And some on XDA have manually flashed the ROM.
