Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ on T-Mobile receive the August Android security update

Nearly a week ago, T-Mobile disseminated an update for its version of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. Besides exterminating a few irksome bugs, the update included the July Android security update. So now it's only a few days later and the carrier is pushing out another software update for the pair. Software version G960USQS3ARG8 is heading to the Galaxy S9 and version G965USQS3ARG8 is enroute to the Galaxy S9+.

Samsung's website is currently selling the Galaxy S8 64GB for just $350. That's $250 off of its regular price. Only the T-Mobile version is on sale for $350, unfortunately. So this is only going to work for T-Mobile customers. Other models are discounted as well, but they are less than $100 off of the regular price. This is not unlocked, and it will be tough to unlock - as T-Mobile does not have these IMEI's in their database.

One week after their last updates , the T-Mobile Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ are being updated again.
