The narrative in particular is one of the standout elements of the game. "Watching the...

Mortal Kombat 11 Review Gore and Grind | Wccftech

3 monthes ago   |   By N4G

Mortal Kombat 11 is a first-class fighting game experience, featuring rock-solid core mechanics, impressive production values, and a story that wouldnt be out of place alongside the summers biggest blockbusters. Of course, the game also suffers from some of the drawbacks of big-budget game development, including grindy customization and tacked-on microtransactions, but that stuff is largely superfluous. Beneath the triple-A fat, Mortal Kombats bloody heart still beats as strong as ever.

Mortal Kombat 11's Final Character Confirmed As Frost

3 monthes ago   |   By GameSpot

Mortal Kombat 11 launches this week, following months of developer NetherRealm slowly teasing out the full character roster a character or two at a time. With the launch so close, the studio revealed one more surprise inclusion, a hidden character who can only be accessed by progressing through the story campaign: Frost. A character debut trailer gives Frost her moment to shine with some banter against her mentor, the series' other ice-themed character, Sub-Zero. Then the two get down to whacking each other around with ice for a while, before we get a little preview of her grisly Fatality...

Mortal Kombat 11 is a game nearly 30 years in the making

3 monthes ago   |   By The Verge

The Mortal Kombat series has been around since 1992, but it's a franchise that has aged surprisingly gracefully. In fact, Mortal Kombat is arguably more popular now than at any point in history. Coming off of a hit like that, you might expect developer NetherRealm Studios to offer more of the same, but with Mortal Kombat 11 , which launches today, the team decided to change things up. MK11 features a redesigned fighting system aimed at more strategic play, along with a much...

Mortal Kombat 11 is the latest entry in the acclaimed fighting game franchise and quite possibly, one of the best. It continues the story of Mortal Kombat X and can be seen as the conclusion to the saga which has gone on for decades. Not only does the game feature a stellar campaign, but it also includes a number of features like "Klassic Towers" and the "Krypt," which should keep players coming back for more. There's a lot here for longtime fans and newcomers alike.
